Forum: librivoxaudio Subject: Tarzan of the Lost Books

The first 6 books and the very last on are in Librivox.... but there's a whole bunch missing, like Tarzan and the Golden Lion, Tarzan and the Ant Men, Tarzan and the Lost Empire... etc....

I appreciate all that Librivox does, and the phenomenal volunteers who take the time to read to their audience. I am just curious to know if there were copyright issues, or something.

going by Wikiipedia, the 1st eight were published before 1923 and are automatically out of copyright and are in the catalogue and the 9th will be out of copyright next year and will probably be added then
The rest would still be copyright in the USA until Jan 1st 96 years after they were published under current laws
